The Muscle Athletics Center consists of 5,000 square feet of elite indoor training space with wall to wall turf and netting. The MAC is configurable to meet the needs of baseball and softball players, featuring permanent pitching and hitting lanes, and an open flex space for footwork, fielding, and throwing drills. A dedicated arm care and conditioning station also provides players with the necessary tools to build speed and strength.
